The Haute Tarentaise Cooperative Dairy
Located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice in the heart of the Tarentaise Valley, the Haute Tarentaise Cooperative Dairy is a group of 62 producers who produce a total of 6,000,000 litres of milk per year.
With direct management, they elect a Board of Directors of 15 members to deal with daily operations, business direction and staff management (around 20 people). The main aim is to combine heritage, mountain culture, tradition and expertise to make their marvellous Beaufort cheese (A.O.C).
