Collection of ski passes and Mini Club products:
Where you have ordered at least one Arc 1800 Mini Club product including a ski pass, you can collect all your passes at the same time when you arrive at the La Nova Mini Club – Arc 1800.
What documentation do I need to provide when I arrive at the Mini Club?
You will need to show us your child’s health record, proof of age and order confirmation.
How do I know that a place has definitely been booked for my child?
On confirmation of your payment (or receipt of your cheque), we will register your child, subject to availability. We will then send you an email confirmation. Please write your order reference on the back of any cheques.
Do I need to book a long time in advance?
More and more people are booking ahead online. We suggest a minimum of three weeks beforehand, but book a lot sooner for the February school holidays, as we are sometimes fully booked from the beginning of January. It’s best if you book as soon as possible.
My child (aged 6 or over) has never skied before. Does s/he still need a ski pass?
If your child is a beginner, you don’t have to buy a ski pass, as s/he won’t need one while they are learning in the ski kindergarten (if your child makes good progress, s/he might need a pass towards the end: you can then buy a 1-day pass).
Is it possible to book one or two days online on a “pay as you go” basis rather than the weekly option?
For on the spot bookings, please contact the Mini Club directly or check availability with them when you arrive.
How do I decide my child’s ski level?
To make registering your child for ski lessons easier, we ask you to tell us how many weeks of lessons they have completed in the past and what level they have achieved (piou-piou, nounours, flocon …).
Why do you charge more than the ESF ski school?
Because, in addition to what the ESF ski school provides, we look after your children before and after lessons and supply the course equipment (apart from the helmet). You don’t have to carry the equipment with you as it is stored here. We produce and issue the ski pass here and include a free medal for completing the course.
Why is “Carré Neige” or “cancellation” insurance required?
Carré Neige covers accidents on the slopes and the considerable costs that may arise (hospitalisation, evacuation by snowmobile stretcher or even by helicopter…).
The “cancellation” insurance is for cancellation (e.g. illness prior to arrival) or interruption (child falls ill during the week). We strongly advise you to take out the latter insurance for very small children.
