What types of ski pass can I order on the Internet?
All Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry or Paradiski ski passes of 1 day or more, included in public prices + family packs.
There are also specific Internet products such as: the Group ‘Tribu’ Pack: Offer for18-28-year-olds only, out of school holidays: get 20% off when you purchase four 6/7-day passes for Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry at the same time and 5% off 1-day ski passes
How far ahead do I have to order my ski passes?
You can order them on the Internet 4 days before the first day of ski of the skipass chosen (for example from wenesday to sunday): pick up your ski passes at the sales outlet of your choice.
You can order 10 days before your stay (valid for France - 15 days for other countries) if you prefer to have your ski passes sent to your home by post.
How much does it cost to have them sent to my home?
Postage is free. We will send your ski passes by standard post.
When will the ski passes arrive at my home?
We will send them as soon as we have received the required payment and any necessary proof of ID.
What do I do if I don’t receive confirmation of my order?
If you pay by bank card, you will soon receive confirmation by email. If this does not happen, please email us at contact@ski-lesarcs.com.
What documentation will you ask for when I come to pick up my ski passes?
When you go to one of our sales outlets, you will be asked to provide the confirmation of your Internet order.
What proof of ID do you accept?
You can upload a scanned image of your ID card or passport directly in your order.
Recharging online
You can charge any kind of ski pass to all of our ski cards.
We recommend that you keep your ski card so that you can use it when you next come to the Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry ski area.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Payment of online orders can only be made with a bank card.
What types of bank card are accepted?
We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard bearing the reference CB.
When will payment be taken from my bank account?
When our bank has accepted your payment, your account will be debited immedialty.
Are online payments secure?
We use SSL technology, so all information relating to your payment is secure. ADS company (Les Arcs ski area) does not have access to this data, as it is transmitted directly to our bank (Cybermut – Crédit Mutuel).
Whom do I contact if I have a technical problem with my order?

Do I need to create an account for each order?
Your account is created when you place your first order and you can use it for any subsequent orders.

When you place your first order, you set your access codes (login and password), which you can use to access your account and change your details.
