The mountain holidays are booked and now you’re eager to enjoy the snow-covered slopes or to unwind in the open air.
Here is some advice to make your arrival and departure easier.
Contact your accommodation provider or letting agent the day before you arrive to find out about the arrival procedure:

Download theYuge app to get the most out of you stay.
It will tell you all about snow conditions, the weather forecast, how crowded the pistes are and will guide you based on your interests and your accommodation.

A pair of walking boots
A cap or hat
The health carnet with the children’s vaccinations up to date –from 6 years old they are entered for Hero activities.
If you are coming by car, look for our maps to find your way in the resort.
The car parks in Arc 1600, Arc 1800 and Arc 2000 are free.
The car park in Arc 1950, located beneath your apartment building, must be reserved on the Effia website.
If you are coming by train, you can reach Arc 1600 on the Funicular. It is free for pedestrians all summer, every day from 8.30 am to 7.30 pm.
Once you have arrived in Arc 1600, free shuttle buses will take you to Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.
You can also take a taxi toyour accommodation.
