After a good day’s skiing, it’s the time for wandering round the Christmas Village, set up in the Place du Soleil. Charge up your cameras to get your fill of excitement in the Christmas Village!

5.00 pm – a stroll around the Place du soleil and shopping malls

A dozen artistes are here to meet you; the spectacular Féerix, funny luminous wading birds, greet you and take a break for a few brilliant selfies. The oversized Mascots will lead the parade through the shopping malls. Father Christmas, Mother Christmas, elves and artistes will be accompanied by music from the Chameleon troupe. 3 zany musicians with an unlimited repertoire with a black influence will beat out the rhythm to the Christmas rythm’blues tempo.

6.00 pm – Opening of the Christmas village, Place du Soleil

The opening of the Christmas Village, free mulled wine and hot chocolate, a special moment and a photo opportunity with Father Christmas in a magical setting, Christmas chocolates and luminous ski hats handed out … A foretaste of Christmas before the traditional torchlight descent by the ski instructors on 24 December.

6.00 pm – Torchlight descents and firework display, Cachette snow front

Gather at the bottom of the pistes to enjoy the magic of Christmas. Nearly 80 of the resort’s instructors make a date with you to welcome Father Christmas to the resort’s snow front. An unmissable gathering, a festive atmosphere and a magical show in the finest of Christmas traditions in the mountains. Mulled wine and hot chocolate, Christmas chocolates, luminous ski hats and jazzy tunes to celebrate the Christmas season. Show closed with the red and gold firework display over the forest.

6.30 pm– Torchlight descent by the ski school instructors, Cachette snow front

16h00 – Déambulation, Galerie commerçante des Villards

In the company of the Gang de girafes, come and enjoy the artistes strolling about and a brilliant parade! Fifteen artistes parade through the shopping malls in les Villard in Arc 1800. Les Nymphéas get things under way, these luminous wading birds in extravagant colours will turn your head. These artistes reaching a height of 3.50 m will be escorted by Yetis! Don’t worry, let them wander through the streets, the public will be won over by their good humour and player’s spirit.

You too can join in the movement and enter into the rhythm of their dance steps to liberate your inner Yeti! The Chameleons troupe will accompany the artistes to the rhythm of a Christmas full of colour and excitement. Mother Christmas, Father Christmas, the mascots and elves will, of course, be there to share some magical moments with the youngest ones.

5.00 pm – Opening of the Christmas Village, Snow Front

Facing Mont Blanc, a magical landscape and very « mountain » ambiance around this Christmas Village where Father Christmas has chosen to set up home for this late afternoon. Splendid backdrop for a special moment with Father Christmas around his sled with lots of presents already prepared for his rounds.

Mulled wine and hot chocolate, Christmas chocolates and luminous ski hats handed out so that everyone can join in the party in the purest of Christmas season festivities.

6.00 pm – Torchlight descent

The torchlight descent by the resort’s instructors, nearly a hundred instructors will come and sketch the mountain in light before reaching the village from the top of the pistes. An unforgettable, unmissable and simply magical moment, rounded off with a red and gold firework display between the pine trees and the pistes!

6.30 pm – Christmas Parade, le Charvet shopping mall

Instructors, musicians, elves, wading birds, mascots and yetis will escort Father Christmas and Mother Christmas to wish you all a happy Christmas Eve, forgetting nobody!

5.30 – Place Olympique

After the instructor’s torchlight descent, Father Christmas’ sled and his elves will set down on the Place Olympique to hand out Christmas chocolates, smiles and good humour. It will also be an opportunity for little ones and grown-ups to take a few souvenir photos with Father Christmas.
