A quick reminder of how best to protect yourself from the heat:

+Protect yourself from the sun during your periods of exposure (cap, hat, sun cream), while remembering to stay as much as possible in shaded areas.

+ Hydrate yourself as often as possible, without waiting to feel thirsty (a minimum of 1.5L of water per day).

+ Cool down as often as you can (particularly children) with the help of an atomiser or by going swimming.

It is perfectly possible to take part in your favourite mountain activities if you bear this valuable advice in mind!
