Learn to ski in Les Arcs/Peisey Vallandry at your own pace.

Areas have been set aside for beginners so that they can progress step by step in complete safety. Find out where these areas are, how to get there and the different stages you need to follow to get started on the thrills of the slopes!

PROGRESS COURSES:

Getting to the Arc 1800 Progress Course

▪ Première Glisse: Go to the snow front, on the conveyor installed in front of the ESF school.

▪ First turns: Take the Les Villards gondola on the Arc 1800 snow front, there is a cable car at the top.

▪ First Descent: Take the Villards gondola, on the Arc 1800 snow front, and take the Cabanes piste.

 

Getting to the Arc 2000 Progress Course

▪ Première Glisse: Go to the Arc 2000 snow front, at the start of the "Eldorador" carpet.

▪ First turns: Board the Saint Jacques chairlift for the "Bas KL" slope

▪ First Descent: Board the Saint Jacques chairlift and take the "Saint Jacques" run.

 

Easy access from Arc 2000 and Arc 1950 thanks to the Cabriolet gondola which links the 2 resorts.

 

Getting to the Peisey-Vallandry Progress Course

The entire area is located at the top of the Vallandry cable car, at the start of the Peisey-Vallandry resort.

 

AN ADAPTED BEGINNER'S PASS

Beginner skiers can buy a 1-day pass valid for the resort of their choice at the point of sale:

▪ Arc 1600 - Arc 1800: €44 (full rate) and €36 (reduced rate)

▪ Arc 2000 - Villaroger: €44 (full rate) and €36 (reduced rate)

▪ Peisey-Vallandry: €44 (full rate) and €36 (reduced rate)

▪ Villaroger: €31 (full price) and €25 (reduced price)

 

If your progress goes well, you can then go and have some fun on the 11 green runs spread across the different sites!
