3 studios 94m², on the edge of the slopes and Paradiski ski area, with view on the slopes and on the Mont Blanc.
The 3 studios are located in the village of Les Arcs 2000 in the Varet residence. Ski-out and ski-in, ideal point to go skiing in the whole PARADISKI area. Ideal to go with family or friends.
3 separate apartments between 27m² and 37 m² each, on the 9th floor of the residence, 94m² in total. Completely renovated in the same modern style and overlooking Mont Blanc.
Setup:
1.The apartment "living space" : sofa bed for 2. A main room dedicated to bring guests together with a fully equipped "home-like" kitchen including dish washer.
2.The apartment "hotel room for 5" : beds for 5. One bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds.
3.The apartment "hotel room for 7" : beds for 7. One bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. Another bedroom with a double bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds.
Each apartment is equipped with:
- A shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- Large ski closets and boots closets.
- Mini Bar/Refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker®, kettle, flat screen TV.
- Blankets and pillows are available.
Other items provided: Public Internet access by code, hairdryer, board games, gourmet sets, cheese fondue, small sleigh, 1 cot.
Different combinations possible:
=> 10-12 people (up to 14): all 3 apartments
=> 7-9 people: Living room + hotel room 2.
Departure and return on skis from level 0. Departure also possible on the 8th floor. Amenities at 300m : minimarket, restaurants, various shops, ESF, tourist office, cash registers for ski passes.
The price excludes mandatory cleaning (100€), excludes Tourist tax and a bail will be requested. The whole is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Given the quiet character of the residence, explicit respect is requested for this.
