A charming chalet in a small typically Savoyard village.

This chalet was fully renovated in 2016 and is located in the hamlet of Grange d'Hauteville at an altitude of 1160 m, close to the pistes in the resort of les Arcs (liaison with Paradiski, one of the biggest ski areas in Europe with 430 km of pistes).
It is in a peaceful location outside the hamlet with an open outlook, 10 minutes by car from Bourg Saint Maurice and 10 minutes from les Arcs.
A car is needed to get to the pistes as there is no shuttle bus service.
The access road is always well cleared but chains or snow tyres are needed in case of snow falls.
There are two options for getting to the slopes:
1- By funicular which runs between Bourg Saint Maurice and Arc 1600, 5 minutes by car to the les Granges stop (midway station).
2- Directly onto the piste at Arc 1600, 10 minutes by car.
You can also use the car to ski in the surrounding resorts which are a 30 to 45 minute drive: La Rosiere, Sainte Foy, Tignes, Val d'Isere.
In summer, the proximity of the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain Massif makes it ideal for walking enthusiasts.
There are a number of sporting, leisure and white-water activities (mountain-biking, Adventure Course, Kayak, Rafting, Swimming Pools, Cinema...)
Very comfortable, stylishly decorated accommodation, a terrace with a panoramic view over the valley.
Parking 50 metres from the chalet.
The 140 m2 chalet is made up of two floors:
- The upper floor comprises: a large living room, a bedroom sleeping 2, a bathroom and WC.
- The lower floor, either connected to the upper floor by internal staircase, or with independent entry from the outside comprises: 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2, a bedroom sleeping 4 on bunk beds.
Each bedroom had its own bathroom and large wardrobes.
Underfloor heating with thermostats in each room.
Cleaning, linen and towels are available as an extra.
