Inventory / Situation report
An inventory of fixtures and fittings must be drawn up when the tenant moves in and out of the property.
+ INVENTORY :
• This is an exhaustive list of all the elements and equipment present in the flat.
• It can be structured, for example, as a list for each part with the title and description of each item and the number.
The same document can be used as an inventory of fixtures, simplifying the administrative process.
It is important, if not imperative, to specify on the inventory that any discrepancies found must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, because if any damage or missing items are found on the inventory on departure, the cost of repairs or replacement may be deducted from the tenant's security deposit.
