Come and do yoga in les Arcs

Allow yourself a moment to unwind, breath in the pure mountain air, breath out and relax. 

In les Arcs, we care about you and your wellness, which is why we are offering you an introduction to the most zen of sports: yoga.

This sport has many virtues. It helps reduce stress and anxiety and lowers blood pressure. This thousand-year-old exercise is also notable for improving strength, balance and suppleness. You can finally bid farewell to your back pain.

In either group or private lessons, award yourself a break in your holiday, and disconnect from your usual surroundings. In summer and winter, start the morning with a yoga session in an outstanding location which encourages relaxation. The mountains are an ideal place for recharging your batteries. Outdoors or in the sports hall you can enjoy an uninterrupted view of the peaks and our Tarentaise Valley. Certain sessions are sometimes held at an altitude of more than 1600m and you can be initiated in the warrior pose or the tree on your mat.

On the programme: a gentle awakening for all your muscles, loosen up, a big breath of fresh air and birdsong … make the most of the moment.

Qualified professionals will share their know-how with you. Beginners and experienced practitioners are all welcome to take part in complete calm. You can also try Pilates or stretching. A single watchword in les Arcs in both winter and summer : take care of yourself.
