 SET UP A SATISFACTION QUESTIONNAIRE

 

Once the rental period is over, it seems important to maintain a relationship with the tenants. They can help you improve your accommodation for the future by giving you feedback on their feelings during your stay.

If the customer is satisfied he could also become a regular customer and rent your apartment again year after year.

In this case, a virtuous circle is truly set in motion, for them as well as for you. For his part, the tenant knows the place, is reassured by the quality of the accommodation he will find and gets used to the resort. For your part, you will have more confidence with a regular tenant, this will require less marketing work and will secure your activity as a rental of furnished tourist accommodation.

Two possibilities for distributing the questionnaire:

    • In paper version directly in the apartment (at the end of the welcome booklet for example) and/or sent by email at the end of the stay.

    • By sending an e-mail just after the tenants return home: in order to continue a cordial relationship with the tenant by asking them if they returned safely, if they enjoyed their vacation and if they would accept to give their opinion to optimize housing in the future.
