Everybody Out

Wednesday 31st of July

Come and celebrate and experience the mountains from every angle!

On Wednesday 31 July, come along to Arc 1600 for a day dedicated to the mountains, in partnership with Picture and Mountain Riders. Discover a host of activities designed to raise awareness, protect and share our beautiful environment!

To round off the day, there's the La Movida concert at 5.30pm. Pop, funk, disco, latina: there's something for everyone!

On the programme:

The Picture workshops :

- Customise or repair your favourite but damaged wardrobe items with fantastic patches.

- Recycle plastic into little souvenirs with Picture's recycling machine.

- Join us for a series of conferences led by experts including Guillaume de Lustrac, Thomas Delfino and Mat Navillod, who will be talking about their commitment to low-carbon mobility. Coline Dournes from the Mountain Riders association will also be on hand to talk about the future of mountain regions, a transition that will involve the Green Snowflake.

Outdoor activities offered by Mountain Riders and Les Arcs :

- Explore the local flora and fauna on an eco hike.

- Find your way back on an orienteering course.

- Let yourself be amazed by the exhibition on ecological transition organised by the Communauté de Commune de Haute-Tarentaise.

- Take part in a zero-waste cosmetics workshop: DIY production of lip balm, solid shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.

There's only one thing to do on 31 July: get out there!
