From Les Arcs to Bourg Saint Maurice… wherever you have your base camp, life is regulated around numerous entertainments all year round.
To find out about the highlights, entertainments and games in the resort of Les Arcs, you can consult and download our weekly entertainments diarie or you can obtain one in the tourist offices and in your shops!
The First Ascent Les Arcs ("La Première Montée Les Arcs"), marks the opening of the ski resort as more than 250 snow lovers strap on their touring skins to mark the first fresh tracks into the mountain side as they climb up a secured piste.
As every year, the 1st Montée aux Arcs will be in aid of the AFM Telethon.
No timing, no pressure, the aim of the day is simply to enjoy getting together with friends for a convivial ski touring outing. In a setting that is still completely peaceful and without ski lifts, you can put on your climbing skins and make your first tracks on the groomed slopes of Arc 2000 for the occasion.
A meal will round off the day in good spirits. Please note! Places for the meal are limited, so remember to book.
Each participant will be asked to contribute £5 (minimum), which will be donated in full to the AFM Telethon.
