Comfortable and functional 48 m² flat (+ balcony). Located in the "Les Belles Challes" building on the "Charvet" square, in the centre of the resort, it is next to the nursery and offers ski-in/ski-out access.
Recently refurbished Savoyard-style apartment with living room, 3 bedrooms, one with shower and washbasin, bathroom (corner bath), 2 WCs, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob).
Close to all the shops, the ESF, the Tourist Office and the ski lift ticket office, it is located in a "quiet" part of this building, but it is part of a very large development that will never be as peaceful as this one.

Please note! If you come for more than 6 people, you will have one or two guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, which is less pleasant.
Direct lift access to the Charvet covered car park and the bus station, with free shuttle buses to the funicular and other Les Arcs resorts.
