Our apartment which sleeps 6 is located in the heart of the village of Arc 1950 in the « Le Refuge du Montagnard » apartment complex.
Offering a view of Mont Blanc with a large terrace, the apartment has a surface area of 52 square metres.
It has just been renovated with :
- a 2nd wet room and the installation of a 2nd WC in the main bathroom
- An independent sleeping area with 2 bunk beds
- new wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating
- new tiling in the entrance, wet rooms and WC’s
- a new bar
- a false ceiling with new lighting
- new spruce wall panelling.
You will benefit from a large bedroom with twin beds which can be combined into a 180cm double, a fully equipped kitchen and two flat screen televisions. The sitting room also has a sofa-bed for 2.
Bed linen and towels, bathrobes (adults), welcome products in the bathrooms and kitchen and a full end-of-stay clean are included in the rental price.
The apartment is non-smoking and our animal friends are not admitted.
You can put on your skis and head directly out onto the pistes from the private, heated ski locker.
Lastly, you will enjoy the complex’s integral wellness centre comprising sauna & hammam + outdoor jacuzzi, as well as entry to the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool in the nearby « Prince des Cimes » apartment complex, all included in the price.
