Our comfortable, beautifully decorated 71 m2 duplex flat, rated 5 Cristaux Paradiski, is located in the heart of the charming Arc 1950 village, on the top floor of the Prince des Cimes residence. It sleeps 6 to 8 people.

Situated in the heart of the lively Arc 1950 village, our flat is located in the Prince des Cimes residence (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), which enjoys a privileged location close to shops and restaurants, with ski-in/ski-out access from the heated ski lockers to enjoy the fantastic Paradiski ski area. You can also relax in the wellness area with indoor/outdoor pool, hamam, sauna, jacuzzi and use the gym.
Benefiting from two west-facing balconies with lovely views of the slopes/village/mountains, you'll love the central yet quiet location of the flat, which has the following on the lower level:
-Entrance hall with cupboard
-A master bedroom (bed 160/200) with fitted wardrobes and large balcony (great view), safe and bathroom (bath, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer) and WC
-One bedroom with a 180/200 bed or two 90/200 beds and wardrobes
-A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC

Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen: the living/dining room has a fireplace, wooden table and chairs, sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV with international channels, board games and books, and opens onto a balcony with lovely mountain/village/slope views.
-The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, traditional coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, multi-functional appliance (pancake/wok/grill), all crockery and cutlery.
Additional equipment:
-Umbrella bed, hoover, ironing board and iron, sledge shovels.
Included in the rental price, a concierge service will provide you with bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, bathrobes for adults and toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment will be fully cleaned at the end of your stay.
