In the immediate vicinity of the Paradiski ski area (425 km of slopes), this chalet benefits from optimal sunshine and an exceptional location on the edge of the forest.
Its location in Les Arcs offers breathtaking views over the valley and Mont Blanc, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Modern and welcoming, the chalet is perfect for a stay with family or friends.
Completely renovated in spring 2025, this luxury chalet in the Les Arcs ski area is located below Arc 1600, just 450 m from the "Les Granges" mid-station of the funicular linking Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Arc 1600. The funicular runs every 20 minutes and takes just 5 minutes to reach the snow front.
Return to the chalet on skis, via the blue "Bois de Saule" slope or the red "Les Granges" slope, which also links up with the funicular. The free "La Millerette" ski lift is also nearby.
The chalet is an ideal starting point for snowshoeing and walking in winter, and for hiking, mountain biking and downhill cycling in summer.
With a surface area of 140 m², this large, comfortable chalet can accommodate 10 to 12 people. It has 4 bedrooms:

- 2 triple bedrooms, each with a bunk bed and a single bed (90×200 cm)
- 1 master bedroom with double bed (140×200 cm)
- 1 bathroom with bath and double washbasin

Equipment: raclette and fondue machines, classic and capsule (Senseo) coffee makers, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, TNT TV, free Wi-Fi.
For added convenience, two shoe warmers are available at the chalet entrance.
Parking for 3 vehicles is available right next to the chalet.
Rates include all utilities, and beds are made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning not included.
