In a quiet neighbourhood, we are offering a brand-new flat in the Résidence des Chardons, fully refurbished to meet the latest standards and rated 5 CRISTAUX by PARADISKI. With all mod cons and very well equipped, you’ll feel right at home!
Located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift), our 50m² flat can accommodate 6–8 people. It comprises:
1. An open-plan kitchen and living room, equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A living room featuring a double sofa bed, a dining table and a flat-screen TV, with access to the east-facing balcony.
2. Bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe
3. Small bedroom with bunk beds (new, high-quality bedding, duvets and pillows provided)
4. Bathroom/toilet with a walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
Key feature: a private, locked garage in the basement is included in the rental.
Access for people with reduced mobility.
Wi-Fi included; bed linen and towel package available at an extra charge; a compulsory €80 cleaning fee payable at the time of booking.
Quick access to the centre of the pedestrianised resort of ARC 1800 via walkways and lifts.
Immediate access to free shuttle buses connecting to the various villages within the Les Arcs resort, as well as to Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway station via the Arc 1600 funicular.
