We are offering you this new Marathon with a mountain flavour, with a course designed between the communes of Macôt - La Plagne and Bourg Saint Maurice - Les Arcs. It is aimed at experienced competitors but also at amateur runners, families and people with disabilities.
The course for the Marathon and Marathon relay events forms a loop that starts at the Funicular and follows the greenway towards Villaroger before reaching Bourg Saint Maurice. It will then pass through wooded paths to reach the Villages of Macot-la Plagne. The return journey will take place on the magnificent greenway that runs along the Isère river for 12km before returning to Bourg Saint Maurice. The race takes small tarmac country roads, in a pleasant, green, shady wooded setting. The course is hilly with small hills.
Start and finish of the races will be at the Funicular in Bourg Saint Maurice.
Saturday 11th May 2024 :
1pm - 7pm: Administration check / Number collection (all events)
Sunday 12th May 2024 :
5.45am - 7.00am: Administrative Control / Marathon number collection
7.00am - 9.00am : Administrative Control / Half-Marathon + Walk number collection
7.30am - 9.30am : Administrative Control / 10km race numbers collection
8am: Start of the Marathon des Alpes
10am: Start of the Half-Marathon des Alpes
10am: Start of the Solidarity Walk
10.30am: Start of the Alps 10km race
1pm: Prize-giving ceremony

A 42 km Marathon
This race is open to all those born before 31/12/2002 but for experienced and trained runners.
Start: 9.15am - Finish: 3.15pm maximum
