Christmas in Bourg Saint Maurice consists of:

THE CHRISTMAS MARKET

From 19 to 21 December, the Christmas Market will take place on the Town Hall Square and in Rue Desserteaux, where you can do your shopping, find the most delicious dishes to serve at your festive meals and help fill Father Christmas's sack. Special Christmas entertainment will put a sparkle in your little ones' eyes.

FRIDAY 19: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. • SATURDAY 20: 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. • SUNDAY 21: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

PROGRAMME OF FREE EVENTS

FRIDAY 19:

From 4.30pm to 6.30pm – town centre: The Elf's Treasure Hunt: ‘The Magical Christmas Crystal’
From 6pm: Musical stroll with the "L'Echo du Saint Bernard" brass band
From 7pm – Town Hall Square: Opening of the Christmas Market and mulled wine

Saturday 20th:

From 2pm to 7.30pm – Rue Desserteaux: La Féerie des Jeux en Bois (The Magic of Wooden Games) – recreational and family wooden games
From 3.30pm – Place de la Mairie: Arrival of Father Christmas and prize draw for letters to Father Christmas
From 6pm to 7pm – town centre: "Les Savoyards" musical parade

Sunday 21st:

From 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Town Hall Square: "Smile, it's Christmas! " Photo Corner
From 2pm to 7.30pm – Rue Desserteaux: Create festive jewellery! Creative workshop
From 4pm to 5.30pm – town centre: Visit from the elves

CHRISTMAS EVE

Come along to Christmas Eve on 24 December to meet Father Christmas, who will take a few hours out of his busy night to meet every child who comes to see him.

There will be entertainment throughout the day.

From 10.30am to 11.30am – La Scène room: "Le Noël Enchanté du Yétou" (Yétou's Enchanted Christmas) Interactive audiovisual Christmas show – ages 3 to 12
5:00 p.m. – Place du Haut Bourg: "Conte de Brume" (Tale of Mist) illuminated musical parade
5:15 p.m. – Place du Haut Bourg: Arrival of Father Christmas, hot chocolate

KIDS' DAY

Children's Day on 26 December to keep the Christmas magic alive with a show for all ages.

From 5.30pm to 6.30pm – Le Chorus room: A Christmas "Hotte Couture" hand-stitched musical show... For ages 3 and up.

THE EVENING OF SPARKS

End the year in style with La Nuit des Glaces on 31 December!

From 3.30pm to 6pm – Town Hall Square: Starry wooden games – wooden games on the theme of the cosmos
From 5.30pm to 6.30pm – town centre: "Tornade" show – light and music show At 6.30pm – Haut-Bourg Square: Fireworks
