With friends or family, between the Tarentaise and Beaufortain regions, admire the breathtaking scenery up to an altitude of 1968m.
Departing from Bourg Saint Maurice (840m) or Beaufort (765m), take the opportunity to ride this legendary route with family, friends or on your own.

If you're feeling brave, you can do the round trip from Bourg Saint Maurice to Beaufort, a distance of around 40 km.
To climb the 1128 m ascent over a distance of around 19 km from Bourg Saint Maurice, the most experienced will need around an hour, but you have the whole morning ahead of you.
Between 8am and 1pm, all vehicular and pedestrian traffic is forbidden outside designated areas and footpaths on the D902 and D925 between Bonneval, Le Cormet de Roselend and the Col de Meraillet.

On Friday 25 July 2025, the professional riders of the Tour de France will set off on the 19th stage from Albertville to La Plagne, passing through Cormet de Roselend.
On Sunday 20 July, almost 16,000 amateur cyclists will attempt to finish the Tour stage, climbing from Beaufort to Cormet de Roselend before descending to Bourg Saint Maurice to reach La Plagne!
