Les Arcs Academy Music Festival

The 53rd edition of the Académie-Festival des Arcs will take place from July 19 to 31. The central theme of this new edition will be: “Bridges: classical and jazz in resonance”.

The Académie-Festival des Arcs will offer a dialogue between two musical aesthetics that constantly inspire and respond to one another, centered around the theme of “bridges” between classical music and jazz. Since the 20th century, these two worlds have continuously intersected, influenced each other, and grown together.

From the swing of Gershwin’s concertos to the sophisticated writing of Bernstein, from improvisation to modern interpretations of Mozart and Bach, we will explore these two worlds through a rich program of concerts and musical events.
