Les Arcs Film Festival

From December 14 to 21, 2024, the 16th edition of the Les Arcs Film Festival invites you to a unique experience, combining the opening of the slopes with a passion for European cinema. Over 100 films are on the program, featuring premieres, meetings with talents, and festive activities like concerts, fondue evenings, and sled races.

This year, Iceland is in the spotlight, showcasing its landscapes and artists in a captivating focus. The theme of the edition, "Our Futures: Youth and World Challenges," explores societal issues with screenings, debates, and workshops led by Salomé Saqué, a journalist specializing in youth topics.

L’Événement, includes Pio Marmaï, a leading French actor, Sofiane Zermani, a multi-talented artist, Icelandic composer Herdís Stefánsdóttir, and novelist-director Delphine de Vigan. Camille Chamoux will lead the short film jury, alongside rising talents such as Lucas Bravo and Lina El Arabi.

Among the guests of honor are Matteo Garrone, director of "Gomorra" and "Dogman", who will present an exceptional masterclass, and Karin Viard, a cornerstone of French cinema, celebrated through a career retrospective.
