The Arc 1600 Circus Cabaret

The cabaret spirit returns to Les Arcs this summer

Don’t Do It is a hard-hitting satire that humorously, and with a good dose of absurdity, takes aim at the motto “Always faster, further, stronger”.

In this performance, characters and set elements build up, creating a rise in intensity that is both visual and auditory. Characters appear where they are least expected, blurring and disrupting the traditional perception of the show. The scenes follow on from and overlap one another, with no apparent chronology, giving way to a world where nonsense and absurdity reign supreme.

The audience is drawn into an intense experience, moving between funny moments driven by humour and caricature, and suspended moments sparked by unexpected twists in the situations.
