The Edelweiss Festival

Mountain folk festival taking over the streets of Bourg Saint Maurice for a summer day filled with authenticity and traditions. 

Les Fêtes de l’Edelweiss bring together various mountain folk groups for a feast for the ears and the eyes, thanks to the colours of the traditional costumes. You are invited to discover local and more distant cultures and traditions through singing, dancing, entertainment and encounters.

The Grand Parade: 11.00 am
Street entertainment: 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm
Closing show: 5.00 pm
‘Habiller le Temps’ exhibition: one costume, one era: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm
