We carefully select our green coffee beans from various suppliers to comply with a strict quality charter. They are freshly roasted the traditional way using a unique 1935 wood-and-coal roaster, the only one of its kind in France, producing a wide range of aromas depending on the variety. True coffee enthusiasts will be delighted.
