Il peut exister des variantes de niveaux entre les items. Par exemple : les sols, murs, portes et plafonds ainsi que l’électricité peuvent être refaits à neuf (niveau 4 cristaux) mais, des équipements restent manquants comme l’éclairage en tête de chaque couchage (item : mobilier/rangement) ou le réfrigérateur, même neuf, non adapté par rapport à la capacité du logement (item : électroménager). Ces manquements peuvent baisser le classement d’un ou 2 niveaux malgré la bonne apparence générale.
Nota : les « cabines salles de bain » des Arcs font l’objet d’indulgence si elles sont parfaitement bien entretenues. En effet, certains de ces blocs sanitaires ne permettent pas la séparation des WC et ne nécessitent pas l’installation autour de la baignoire de pare-douche. Par contre, les ajouts d’un élément de rangement supplémentaire ou d’un support haut pour les pommes sont possibles et recommandés. Toutefois, certains propriétaires attachés à cet élément architectural, s’il est très bien conservé, ont installé des rangements, coiffeuse et prises électriques à proximité immédiate pour que l’ensemble reçoive une bonne appréciation.
La grille d’évaluation des « cristaux Paradiski » calcule automatiquement le résultat final et c’est le nombre de points obtenu qui détermine le niveau de classement.
En complément des critères quantitatifs du classement national (étoiles), les « cristaux Paradiski » permettent une évaluation plus simple, plus qualitative et mieux adaptée aux attentes et besoins de la clientèle en vacances dans les stations Paradiski.

The residence was delivered in December 2022 (https://www.edenarc1800.com/les-cristaux/). Set in peaceful surroundings, it comprises 3 small buildings (for a total of 27 apartments from T3 to T6) combining mountain tradition and modernity, with wide open spaces and breathtaking panoramic views over Les Arcs and the mountains of the Tarentaise valley.
The duplex apartment is ideally located on the top floor with elevator, and offers an exceptional, unobstructed view of the valley and the Tarentaise mountains. The apartment is rated 5 Cristaux by the Les Arcs Tourist Office, the highest level in the resort.
With a surface area of 112m², it has 4 bedrooms, all with large beds (3 double beds, one of which is King Size, and 2 single beds, all 2m long), each with its own private bathroom or shower.
The living room is spacious, with large bay windows offering uninterrupted views over the Bourg Saint Maurice valley and the Tarentaise mountain range. Two large 25m² west-facing terraces let you enjoy the unique landscape in the evening, with the sun kissing the peaks.
A smaller south-facing terrace offers morning sunshine.
Access to the slopes is by elevator directly from the ski area, where an individual locker with shoe racks is heated at night for storing ski equipment. The ski area is reached either via the Arc 1800 resort and its many departures, or by the CARRELEY chairlift for less crowded access. The return is via a blue slope, directly at the bottom of the building.
After a day's skiing or an exhilarating hike, you can also take advantage of the residence's exceptional relaxation area (hammam, large sauna, 15 m2 Jacuzzi) for a break from the hustle and bustle!
The apartment offers 2 adjoining covered parking spaces (with electric hook-up) in the basement of the residence (which also provides toll-free access to the resort).
There's a free inter-station shuttle bus stop 150m away, opposite the Iseran residence, for access to the resort center and its shops. The Le Dahu gondola lift is also nearby.
