This summer, let’s take advantage of the exceptional opening of the Carreley chairlift to access its panoramic terrace. We offer a morning session of relaxation and oxygenation by accessing the ski lifts before the opening of the area.

Appointment:
- at 7:15 am from the Villards gondola to Arc 1800
- or at 7:30 am from the Carreley chairlift

Wake up the body with a gentle breath and some simple, easy and beneficial warm-up and stretching exercises for your muscles to start the day smoothly ! Half an hour of well-being at an altitude of 2380m animated by Elise www.sportncoachlesarcs.com.
Possible return to Arc 1800 by ski lift at the latest at 9am.
For those who can : coffee break offered at 9am at the snack «le Madly» in Arc 1800.
SESSION OFFERED BY ADS (Skilift Cie) – coffee break included.

IMPORTANT ! This activity requires going up and down with the Carreley chairlift, exceptionally open this summer. This is not recommended for pedestrians who are afraid of heights, especially when going back down.
