The principle is simple: in 6 hours, complete as many climbs as you can on foot between Bourg Saint Maurice and Arc 1600 over a 5.1km route with a total of 817m of vertical drop. Take the funicular down and off you go again!

To celebrate the end of the winter season, you can challenge yourself for 6 hours by completing the maximum number of climbs on a 5km course with 823m of D+. Take up the challenge on foot, on a marked trail from Bourg Saint Maurice to the funicular arrival station at Arc 1600.

Elite runners, competitors, leisure runners, families. A friendly event not to be missed.

THE PRINCIPLE
The principle is simple: in 6 hours, complete the maximum number of ascents on foot between Bourg Saint Maurice and Arc 1600. Only the ascents are timed, and the descents are made by funicular.

RACES
+ On the 5 km course for 6 hours:

- Solo or 2-person relay: each runner must complete as many ascents as possible over 6 hours, the descent being by funicular from Arc 1600, open to anyone aged 18 or over.

- The Challenge: The Club des Sports de Méribel (Défi de l'Olympe 6h) and Tarentrail (Montée du Funi 6h) have joined forces to offer the "12h de montées en Tarentaise" Solo or Relay Challenge. The objective is the same for both events: to complete as many climbs as possible in 6 hours.
Departure is at 10 a.m. from the funicular parking lot in Bourg-Saint-Maurice.

+ La Montée sèche: a single ascent between Bourg Saint Maurice and Arc 1600, open to anyone in an age category equal to or higher than cadet and +.
Start at 2pm from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice funicular parking lot.
