Our chalet-style flat is at the foot of the Les Arcs ski area and close to some of the best ski resorts in the Tarentaise. There is a 7-minute funicular ride to Arc 1600. The funicular starts 500 m from the flat.

Bourg St Maurice, city located at the doors of the Haute Tarentaise, benefits from a privileged location for your vacations in Savoie (73). In winter : alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, sledging, snowshoeing... In summer : mountain biking, DH bike, road bike, hiking, paragliding, rafting, hydrospeed, tennis, swimming pool, golf (18 holes at Arc 1800).
Our chalet-style apartment is at the foot of the Les Arcs ski area and close to the most beautiful ski resorts in the Tarentaise: Paradiski (450 km of slopes for all levels), La Rosière, Sainte-Foy Tarentaise, Tignes and Val d'Isère. The connection with Arc 1600 is by funicular (7 min ride). The departure station is 500 m from the apartment.
In summer, the Cormet de Roselend, the Col du Petit St Bernard and the Col d'Iseran are close by and invite to beautiful bike or motorcycle rides. The direct link with Italy is not negligible.

It is located on the first floor and benefits from a shaded terrace and a large fenced garden of 450 m² with furniture and a clear view of the mountains. Outside, there is also a SAS to house ski equipment in winter.

You will also find 1 bathroom with single sink and toilet, 1 bathroom with double sink, 1 separate toilet.
A closed garage is available in the basement for bikes/motorbikes as well as four private parking spaces outside.
