Welcome to l'ArcVertauSommet1800, a cosy, refurbished flat in the heart of Arc 1800, surrounded by fir and birch trees... ideally located for enjoying a great day's skiing or hiking, with family or friends, and for taking full advantage of all the resort's activities, all in a peaceful setting! Our flat has been awarded 5 Paradiski crystals (maximum level).

Winter - At the entrance to the Miravidi residence, go skiing effortlessly. For beginners, the garden and nursery are just a few metres away. Then slide down to the start of the chairlifts on the snow front and ski the 425 km of pistes in the Paradiski area. Ski back to the residence entrance.

Summer - You're just a few metres away from a walk in the mountains, a hike or the first HERO Les Arcs activities.

You are within easy reach of restaurants/bars, the tourist office, ski pass sales, etc. and two shopping arcades with food shops, ski/hiking equipment and other useful shops (chemist, physiotherapist, newsagent, bank, post office, decorator, bed linen hire, etc.).
Completely RENOVATED in autumn 2021, our 53m2 flat is very bright thanks to its four large bay windows. You'll find yourself immersed in nature, surrounded by fir and birch trees... Our flat, decorated with care to ensure a pleasant stay, includes :
- a beautiful living room with 12m2 of windows opening onto a 20m2 terrace. This very convivial room has a flexible lounge area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A wifi flat-screen TV and storage space complete this space.
- a large master bedroom of 13m2 with double aspect and access to the terrace, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk, a shower room and storage space.
- an 11m2 TV room with access to a balcony, two single beds (80 x 190cm), below which is a large sofa, which can be folded out into two separate beds: a double bed (with a daily 140 x 190cm mattress) and a single bed (with a daily 80 x 190cm mattress) depending on your needs. Storage space and a flat-screen wifi connection complete this room. Please note that high beds are not suitable for children under 6.

The flat is very well equipped (fan-assisted oven, microwave with grill function, silent dishwasher, induction ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, raclette machine, two flat-screens, hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker and radio, wifi, secure key box, sledges, snow scooter). The building's wifi connection is free.

A relaxation area close to the flat. The 3800m2 of aquatic spaces dedicated to well-being and relaxation in the Arc 1800 aqualudic centre will give you a great time (massaging jets and whirlpool baths, splash pad and water jets for the little ones, as well as the river and pentagliss). The aquatic and fitness centre is an 8-minute walk from the flat.

Notes:
- The sofa in the living room can be converted into two single beds (80 x
190cm) if you prefer to have three separate sleeping areas. However, the maximum number of occupants is 7.
- A cleaning service at the end of your stay is included in the rental price. However, the kitchen must be tidy, the bins taken out, the furniture put back in its place and the flat left in a suitable state. If this is not the case, a cleaning supplement will be charged.
- Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) is NOT included in the rental price. If you wish, you can hire them from suppliers offering this service.
- Tenants are responsible for any damage caused to the flat during their rental period and a claim will be made via the Abritel platform.
- Bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday. Departures take place in the morning until 10am. Arrivals can take place from 5pm to 10pm.
- For arrivals after 10pm, please give us 7 days' notice as the residence is secure and we must send you a badge by post.
