The "Chamois de l'Arc" flat is a 5 Cristaux Paradiski rated duplex, located in a small chalet type residence (brown wood cladding), consisting of six rooms, approximately 135m2. It can accommodate 10 people.
Apartment accessible via shared stairs (the condominium does not have an elevator) on the 2nd floor (the apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with no one above). Completely renovated in 2021.
The lower level comprises :
- An entrance serving the downstairs rooms and including the staircase to the upper floor,

- A living-dining room with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking the slopes and mountains, facing south-west.
- A master suite comprising a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a bathroom with separate Italian shower and separate toilet, and a sofa area.
- The kitchen is equipped with: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Thermomix TM5, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. All useful crockery.
It has a central island with high stools.
- The living/dining room features a large farmhouse table with bench and chairs, 3 velvet sofas and a coffee table, flat-screen TV, Nintendo switch console, numerous board games and a working fireplace.
