Starting from Bourg-Saint-Maurice: the funicular and then the Cachette chairlift take you up to the higher ground, where the adventure really begins.
To warm up, the Easy Rider run offers a gentle, playful route; but those who can’t wait can opt for a more exhilarating start by heading straight down the Legend DH run, which finishes on the Kids Rock beginners’ course in Arc 1800.
The next ascent is via the Transarc gondola lift, a veritable lift to the high-altitude panoramas.
Up there, the balcony above the clouds awaits you, suspended between sky and mountains.
The descent that follows, via Trank’s, races through the Arc 2000 cirque.
Keep your eyes peeled: it’s not uncommon for a few marmots to pop up near the route!
At the bottom of Arc 1950, the Bois de l’Ours chairlift takes you back over to the other side. You can then take another break at the Carreley viewpoint, the perfect spot to capture your visit in front of the iconic giant LES ARCS letters.
Just a few more turns on a blue run, and you’re back at the top of Cachette. All that remains is to glide gently down Easy Rider back to your starting point, with a smile, a bit of powder on your calves, and the urge to do it all again.
From 04/07 to 29/08/2026 daily.
Depending on the opening of the lifts.
Subject to favorable weather.
