The free hiking map helps you explore trails in the Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry, Villaroger, and Bourg Saint Maurice areas. Additionally, an IGN-style 1:35,000 map is available with over 60 marked trails on the Les Arcs side and the Sun side. Available for purchase at Tourist Offices.
3 studios 94m², on the edge of the slopes and Paradiski ski area, with view on the slopes and on the Mont Blanc.

The 3 studios are located in the Arc 2000 Village, in the VARET residence. Ski in and ski out, ideal for skiing the entire PARADISKI ski area. Ideal for families and friends.
3 separate apartments between 27m² and 37 m² each, on the 9th floor of the residence, 94m² in total. Completely renovated in the same modern style, with views of Mont Blanc.
The apartments are organized as follows:
1. The "living space" apartment: sleeps 2 (sofa). A main dining area with a fully-equipped "home-style" kitchen (including dishwasher).
2. The 5-bed apartment. A bedroom with a double bed + a single bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds.
3. The 7-bed apartment. One bedroom with double bed + single bed. Another bedroom with a double bed. A sleeping area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds.
Each apartment is equipped with :
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.
- large ski and boot cupboards.
- mini bar/refrigerator, Nespresso® coffee maker, kettle, flat-screen TV.
- comforters, blankets and pillows are available.
Other facilities: public Internet access by code, hairdryer, board games, fondue machine, small toboggan, 1 cot.
Different combinations possible:
=> 10-12 people (up to 14): all 3 apartments together
=> 7-9 people: living area + bedroom for 7
Ski departure and return from level 0. Departure also possible from the 8th floor. Amenities 300m away: mini-market, restaurants, various shops, ESF, tourist office, ski pass sales.
Price excludes compulsory cleaning and tourist tax. A deposit is required.
The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Given the quiet nature of the residence, explicit respect is requested.
Ski or summer vacations, easily accessible by car or train.
