Bourg-Saint-Maurice town council wanted to draw up a set of architectural recommendations, including an energy section, to support the heritage characteristics of the buildings and urban complexes as part of the revision of the PLU.
A global reading of the area and the resorts, combined with a detailed reading of the buildings, by residence and residential complex, will provide the appropriate interpretation keys. The recommendations (architectural, landscape, urban and energy-related) will be applied to conservation or conversion projects, as part of thermal renovation or the transformation of buildings. Architects and the design office have worked together to find suitable solutions to the problems of building evolution/mutability with regard to the ACR "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" label.
