A WELCOME BOOKLET FOR MY RENTAL PROPERTY

To make your tenants' stay more pleasant and to make them want to come back to your property, it's important to create a welcome booklet containing all the information they need to make their holiday easier. As well as details about your property, this booklet can contain information about points of interest near your holiday rental.

Here are our tips to help you create an attractive and comprehensive booklet:

  +   THE FORM

    - In the form of a binder, with the information recorded on sheets arranged in plastic pockets. This makes it easy to update.
    - Create a booklet that suits you and your home.

  +    THE CONTENT

    • Welcome page

C’est important puisque c’est le 1er document que vont voir les locataires en arrivant dans l’appartement, idéalement vous pouvez noter un mot de bienvenue personnalisé.

    • Rental rules

They should be listed in detail in different parts of your booklet:

    - What needs to be done on arrival and on departure (turning on/off electricity, water, inventory, etc.)
    - Rules for living in the residence (respect for quiet, etc.)
    - Information specific to your accommodation (where to store ski equipment, no smoking inside, explanation of access to the relaxation area if there is one, wifi code, etc.)
    - Operation of the appliances and equipment provided in your accommodation (provision of instructions or a document summarising the functions of the equipment)
    - Sorting instructions and eco-gestures (downloadable document below)

    • Station information

The aim is to provide your tenants with information about :

    - Shops, restaurants, activities, events, ski area information gathered on the PARADISKI YUGE application
    - Useful places such as the Tourist Office, ski lift sales points, ski schools, nurseries, etc.
    - Don't hesitate to give your own recommendations / advice / tips!

    • Emergency contacts and numbers

This section is very important: in case of need, the tenant must know who to contact, ideally indicating 2 contacts:

    - Your number or the number of someone you trust, who is available and ideally on site if necessary
    - Another contact, such as the estate agency you have a contract with or the concierge.

It's also a good idea to include emergency numbers (fire brigade, police, gendarmerie, hospital, poison control centre, piste safety, mountain rescue, etc.).
