Many accommodation providers have put in place simplified cancellation conditions. We have taken stock with the accommodation providers so that you have as much detail as possible about the relaxed conditions offered.

Please contact your accommodation provider to find out if they are open during the Christmas holiday. You can also contact The Tourist Office if you have any questions at all.
Postponement where possible, otherwise, cancellation without fees in the following cases:
1. The client or one of the people on the holiday has contracted COVID 19 in the 10 days preceding the holiday on presentation of a medical certificate.
2. The client lives in a region where a lockdown is in force at least until the day before their holiday.
3. Travel restrictions are imposed by the French authorities until the day before the client’s holiday.
4. Closure of our residential complexes as a result of Covid 19 and if CGH is unable to accommodate the client in another establishment for the same dates. Invoice prorata to the number of days if the measure is announced during the holiday.
Cancellation without charges until arrival day where an administrative decision makes the holiday impossible.
Option to cancel without charges until 1 day before arrival in the event of a government decision preventing travel and staying with us.
CIS Immobilier guarantees to refund in full all amounts paid (excluding cancellation insurance premium if you have taken up this option):
+ In the event that restrictions imposed by the authorities in your country prevent you reaching your holiday destination.
Refund of the holiday if it is made impossible by government decision or in case of Covid if one of those taking part in the holiday tests positive or has been in contact with a person who has tested positive (on presentation of medical proof).
Cancellation without charges of reservations and a 100% refund in cash (except for reservations made using credit notes).
Full refund of the holiday until the day before departure.
Cancellation of accommodation, lift passes and equipment without charges until 3 days before departure.
