AOP SAINT-NECTAIRE
Saint-Nectaire PDO cheese has been made for centuries in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, in a small area of 69 mountain villages at an altitude of between 800 and 1400 metres, straddling the departments of Puy-de-Dôme and Cantal. Made from the milk of cows fed on grass from the natural meadows at altitude, its round shape, bloomy rind, creamy texture and subtle flavours are a real treat for gourmets. Dairy cheese made from pasteurised milk, or farmhouse cheese made from raw milk, Saint-Nectaire is a cheese for sharing, to be enjoyed with friends or family, as an aperitif or on a cheese platter. It's the perfect convivial cheese!

As a producer of aromatic and medicinal plants, I grow and process my plants in accordance with organic farming specifications, inspired by permaculture and biodynamics. Herbal teas, plant syrups, fruit/plant jellies and aromatic herbs are all on offer, to help you discover new flavours. 
The production is supplemented by wild harvesting, with respect for resources and the natural environment.
