Studio for 5/6 people, located on the 4th floor of the Varet residence, south/southeast-facing balcony with slope-side view.
Quiet yet close to shops and ESF. Ski-in ski-out with ski-lift at the foot of the building to the ESF departures at Place Olympique (5-minute walk).
Video tour of apartment available (can only be sent on WhatsApp as video format not accepted on Bon Coin messaging system).
Entrance with 1 x 2-person mezzanine bed and 1 x 150cm trundle bed on the same level. Separate sleeping area closed by a blackout curtain. Compartment for ski, snowboard and helmet storage.
Living room with 160cm sofa bed. New bedding (July 2024), armchair, coffee table and plaid. Flat-screen TV with USB and HDMI ports.
Lots of storage space in hallway (shelves and closets).
Fully equipped kitchen including: mini electric oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, 60cm dishwasher, toaster, kettle, classic + Senseo coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine (mixed). All the crockery you need to feel at home!
